How do I get my flowers to you?

Collection can be arranged anywhere in the UAE, so you do not need to arrange drop-off. We will provide instructions on how to package the bouquet.

Our dedicated driver will come to your location, ensuring your bouquet arrives safely and in perfect shape. We will request your location details in advance and instructions will be sent to you on how to look after your bouquet until we arrive.

What is the turnaround time?

Our turnaround time depends on flower type and current order volume, but on average it is around 12 weeks.

Your flowers need at least 4–6 weeks to dry or press before they can move to the next stage. This is a very important part of the process, as it removes moisture and helps prevent rot, mould, or damage inside the resin or frame.

Because of this, the process cannot be rushed. We know it takes patience, but taking the time to preserve your flowers properly gives the best possible final result.

Do I get to decide the final design?

Of course – we’ll send you a design proof for approval before proceeding to pour the resin or frame production.

Your final piece will closely resemble the approved design, but exact replication cannot be guaranteed. Flowers are natural materials and may shift slightly during the preservation and resin curing process.

Our team will always aim to achieve the closest possible result while preserving the natural beauty and structure of the flowers.

What changes can I expect my flowers to go through?

Some natural changes are expected during preservation.

For example:

  • White flowers may turn a softer ivory or off-white tone
  • Darker colours may deepen
  • Tropical flowers may brown
  • Petals may show some translucent spots from earlier handling

These changes are a normal part of the process and cannot be completely avoided. We always work carefully to achieve the best and most natural result possible.

Can you work with flowers that are already dry?

Yes, in some cases we can.

We are unable to accept flowers that have mould, moisture, dust, or hairs on them. If you are unsure whether your flowers are suitable, email us a few clear photos at info@everafterbloom.com and we can advise.

How far in advance should I order?

The sooner, the better! We strive to accommodate all orders, but calendars can fill up quickly. To ensure you secure your desired bouquet collection date, we recommend booking as early as possible. How do I choose the correct product size?

All product dimensions are listed on our website.

We recommend checking the measurements carefully and, if possible, measuring the space where you plan to display the piece before choosing a size.

Because every item is custom made, we are unable to remake or resize pieces once production has begun.

What is your refund / returns policy?

If you cancel at least 1 month before your reserved date, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 1 month of the reserved date are non-refundable.

Because all preservation pieces are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and include your order details along with clear photos of the issue. We will review this and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
