As part of the process, your flowers must dry or press for at least 4–6 weeks before we can begin the next stage. This step is essential to remove all moisture and help prevent rot, discolouration, or damage inside the resin or frame. It is not a stage that can be rushed, as it plays a key role in the longevity and quality of your final piece.

Because each order is made by hand and handled with great care, floral preservation cannot be expedited. We know it requires patience, but this careful process is what allows us to create a piece that is made to last.

Ready-made items have their own timelines, which will be stated on each individual product listing, as these may vary depending on the item and quantity ordered.

For floral preservation, collection is included anywhere within the UAE, so there is no need for you to arrange drop-off. We will provide clear instructions on how to package and care for your bouquet before collection. Delivery of your completed piece is also included.

Our collection driver will come directly to your location to ensure your bouquet reaches us safely and in the best possible condition. We will request your location details in advance and send guidance on how to care for your flowers until collection.

For bespoke floral preservation, the sooner the better. Our collection calendar can fill up quickly, especially during busy wedding periods, so we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred bouquet collection date.

Your finished piece will closely reflect the approved design, although exact replication cannot be guaranteed. Flowers are natural materials and may shift slightly during the drying, pressing, preservation, or resin curing process. Our team will always aim to achieve the closest possible result while preserving the natural beauty and structure of the flowers.

For ready-made items, design proofs are not provided, as these pieces are sold as shown. However, for bulk or special order requests, customisation may be possible on request. In these cases, design details will be discussed and confirmed before production.
