By purchasing from Ever After Bloom, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

General Use

  • You must be of legal age in your country of residence to use this website and purchase our products.

  • You agree not to use our website, products, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Handmade Nature of Our Products

Ever After Bloom specializes in handmade floral preservation using real flowers and resin. Due to the organic nature of botanicals and the handcrafted preservation process, each piece is unique.

Customers acknowledge that the following characteristics may occur and are considered normal:

  • small internal air bubbles

  • minor surface variations

  • subtle edge irregularities

  • slight shifts in flower placement during curing

  • natural colour changes in preserved flowers

These characteristics are inherent to handmade botanical resin preservation and are not considered defects.

Flower Preservation & Natural Changes

During the drying and preservation process, flowers naturally change in colour, shape, and texture.

For example:

  • White flowers may develop off-white or ivory tones

  • Deep colours may darken

  • Tropical flowers may brown

  • Petals may show translucent spots from handling prior to preservation

These changes are a natural and unavoidable part of the preservation process.

Design Approval

Customers may receive a design proposal or layout prior to production.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the design carefully before approval.

Once:

  • the design is approved, or

  • preservation and production begins

no changes can be made to the layout, flower placement, or product format.

Customer Design Responsibility

All Ever After Bloom pieces are custom created according to the design selections and product size chosen by the customer.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their selections before confirming an order. Ever After Bloom cannot remake or refund pieces due to:

  • design preference

  • layout preference

  • change of mind after production has begun

Product Sizes

All product dimensions are listed clearly on our website and product pages.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming product size before placing an order. Because each piece is custom made, Ever After Bloom cannot remake or resize items due to size preference once production has started.

We recommend measuring the intended display space before selecting a size.

Customer Communication

Throughout the preservation process we may contact customers regarding:

  • design approvals

  • design clarification

  • production updates

  • delivery arrangements

Customers are responsible for monitoring their email and responding within the requested timeframe.

If no response is received, Ever After Bloom reserves the right to proceed with production using the proposed design to maintain production schedules.

Purchases

  • You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order, limit quantities, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Pricing & Modifications

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time without prior notice.

Shipping

If you are located outside of the UAE, you are responsible for shipping your bouquet to us.

Customers are responsible for ensuring flowers are packaged appropriately when sending them to Ever After Bloom.

We are not liable for:

  • bouquets lost in transit to us

  • delays caused by courier services

  • damage that occurs during shipping.

Dispatch & Delivery

Once your preserved piece has been dispatched, Ever After Bloom is not responsible for:

  • courier delays

  • lost shipments

  • damage occurring during shipping.

Customers must raise any shipping issues directly with the courier provider.

Refunds & Remakes

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products:

  • refunds are not offered for design preference

  • refunds are not offered due to natural variations in flowers or resin

  • remakes are not offered once preservation has begun

  • minor handmade characteristics are not considered defects.

Liability

Ever After Bloom shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
